Investment Decision
Andy graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics and holds professional designations as a Chartered Technical Analyst (CMT) and Financial Planner (AFP™).
Prior to joining LW Asset Management, he was the Chief Investment Strategist at a leading local firm, managing a portfolio of over thousand million in assets. With years of experience in asset management, Andy has been able to anticipate global economic trends and deploy various assets with realistic strategies.
He has achieved good results in numerous media investment competitions and is frequently invited by international and local financial media as a guest speaker at the Asia ETF Forum and the Institutional Investor Forum for ETFs.

Henry holds a MBA degree from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science and Bioinformatics (Opt) from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Henry is a seasoned asset manager with over 10 years of asset management experience in leading international and local investment firms, where he managed over HK$100 million of capital and led the team in developing revenue generating business strategies and solutions, and achieving company targets and objectives.

As a company that strives to give back to our community, we are dedicated to nurturing talent. Since expanding in 2020, we have actively accepted overseas and local graduates to join us as intern analysts, inviting enthusiastic young people to join our team.
To pass the baton and carry on the spirit, we decided to recruit through our new LW Management Trainee Programme (9 months). Within this programme, trainees will gain a holistic set of professional skills and financial knowledge through participating in multiple departments of the company. We offer training in varied investment practices for trainees to develop in their respective careers
